Support That Feels Like A Relief

Support Workers Who Actually Show Up For You

You don’t need just another service. You need someone real.

Someone who sees you, listens properly, and takes a bit of the weight off.

That’s what we’re about. No clipboards. No cold calls.

Just honest, human support

Let’s be honest. Getting the right support worker may take time. You want someone who listens, gets your humour, and doesn’t make things awkward.

Our support workers don’t just tick tasks off a list. They’re there for the messy bits of life too.
Whether it’s helping with self-care, getting to appointments, cooking a meal together, or just hanging out for a walk or a yarn - they’re here to do what matters to you.

We match based on age, vibe, interests and comfort. That’s why our team has such a wide mix of people. Some are great with kids. Some love chatting about politics or Fortnite.

Some are better with the quiet moments.
Whoever you end up with, you’ll know they’re here for you, not just your funding.

Support Coordination That Works For You

NDIS plans can be easier with a support coordinator. Trying to figure out what’s covered, who does what, and how to make the most of it? Someone with experience will make this a breeze.

That’s where our Support Coordinators step in. We help you understand your plan, find the right services, and fix things when they go sideways. We don’t leave you hanging.

Got a provider that isn’t working out? We’ll help you switch. Not sure what "CB Daily Activity" even means? We’ll walk you through it. Need someone in your corner during a funding review? We’re there.

Support coordination shouldn’t feel like another thing to manage.

It should feel like someone clearing the path in front of you.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching That Goes At Your Pace

This one’s for anyone living with a psychosocial disability who feels like the system was built without them in mind. We see you.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaching is about you. Your rhythm. Your goals. Your life.

Some days that might mean talking through how you’re really feeling. Other days it’s more practical stuff - setting up appointments, keeping track of meds, or writing a plan. We keep it steady, simple, and personal.

You don’t have to dive in headfirst. You can just dip your toes in. Maybe that starts with an email. Maybe it's a phone chat. No pressure. No rush.

Real Support,
No Fancy Words

Too many people get told no. No to funding. No to support.

No to being seen.

That’s where advocacy matters. But here’s the thing - we don’t do it the way big organisations do. No forms for the sake of forms. No long-winded jargon.

We work beside you to help with things like:

  • Getting onto the NDIS

  • Applying for the Disability Support Pension (DSP)

  • Internal reviews or tribunal hearings

  • Change of circumstances paperwork

  • Connecting with Legal Aid or Justice Advocacy

We’ve seen people knocked back four or five times. We’ve helped them get over the line. It’s not magic. It’s just effort, care, and not giving up.

Admin Support That Clears The Fog

Some of our clients don’t need big changes.

They just need life to feel less cluttered.

Admin support can be a game-changer.

We help with:

  • Managing calendars so you don’t miss appointments

  • Writing emails or filling out forms

  • Setting up Centrelink stuff or MyGov

  • Proofreading and editing documents

  • Coordinating meetings or provider catchups

If you’re someone who finds admin stressful, we get it. It can feel like a full-time job. We take the pressure off without taking over.

  • Support workers who remember your dog’s name

  • Help that makes life feel lighter

  • Patience when things are hard

  • Clear explanations

  • Respect through rapport, always

Not Just Services

Real People, Real Support

The system wasn’t built with everyone in mind.

But that doesn’t mean you have to fight alone.

You deserve support that feels calm, kind, and helpful.

And that’s what we’re here for.

It's Not Just About You

It's About Your People Too

We know many carers feel like they should be doing it all.

But here’s something we want you to know: getting help doesn’t mean you’re stepping back. It means your person gets more chances to enjoy life, try new things, and feel supported by a community.

Your family stays involved. As much as you want them to be. Support workers don’t replace you. They add something different.

Where To From Here?

You don’t need to know the name of a service to ask for help.

Just tell us what’s been hard lately. We’ll figure out together what might help.

No pressure. No commitment. Just a conversation.
Send a message. Ask a question.

Or let us know if something hasn’t been working where you are.

We’re happy to talk it through.

You Deserve Support That Fits You

The system wasn’t built with everyone in mind.

But that doesn’t mean you have to fight alone.

You deserve support that feels calm, kind, and helpful.
And that’s what we’re here for.
